Absolutely loved our experience at the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel. The decor, cleanliness and staff were all appealing and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I loved the walk out the back of the room onto the open space overlooking the lagoon. Also LOVED the dining experience and lovely breakfast spread. Michel, our waiter, really looked after us well too. Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable evening and night.

- not a single power socket near bed - AC didn't work. Air, coming out of AC, was not cold. In my case the weather wasn't too hot, so it wasn't a critical issue, but still not very comfortable.

We were in Pullman several times, always with good memories but the last stay from Apr 15-21th was so inadmissible. The first room had a matress with a big hole in the center, impossible to sleep. The door of the furniture was broked and the minibar was broked was well. We are Diamond and usually the room has some water inside the refrigerator. At end the staff change the minibar mas was necessary change the room because of matress. The new room had a matress better but there was also a role in the matress. Unfortunately, others issues like : - a lot of noisy from de elevators, the room 1416 is too near the elevators. - the TV had some issues, the staff try to solve but informed there was not TV to change and chance room again could be a possibility to solve but the Hotel was very full because of the weekend. - the parking lot was crowded, usually was necessary parking far away of the entrance. - At the bar had two servers, one hairless, he is ok but the another one is so mannerless. I was in touch with him twice. - in general the recepction service is poor, mainly at night. At end of this message I just to say thank you for Amaloha. She was really attentive, corteous and very supportive with us. As well good service at the breakfast with the waiters. So, I do know what happened with this Hotel, we loved and was our choice every time in US. Honestly, this is not a Accor Hotel.

Early disembarkation from cruise and evening flight. Someone suggested looking at resort pass and booking a day pass. Instead we decided to book a room from 10.00am to 6.00pm so that we could get some rest and freshen up before our flight home. Booking was easy. The front desk polite and helpful, room was clean and quiet. Facilities in the room was good. All in all just what we needed and will be staying again when the same situation arises.
