« Pullman redeems itself! »

We decided to give the Pullman a second chance after having an unhappy experience there at Thanksgiving. I'm glad we did! All the previous problems have been corrected, the stay was enjoyable, peaceful and restful especially since we flew all day from Barcelona. It was a very soft landing after a very long, tiresome day of traveling. The staff was very welcoming, the room and view from was super and as usual the breakfast next morning was wonderful. No complaints! Great job guys!

I had never heard of the Pullman before and I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is great, it's clean, quiet, the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to be in Miami but not necessarily in South Beach.

« THE HOTEL GO DOWN AFTER BECOME PULLMANN »

When the hotel was Sofitel all atmosphere from the hotel was very good. Now, with Pullman. the quality go down in all aspects. Attention, amenities, food, for example. Breakfast was poor and many times they take a long time to refill the food.

« A nightmare Hotel »

This hotel is really in a sad state of affairs. We checked in (3 rooms) December 28th which we were paying for and the on December 29th we stayed another night booked and paid for by Insight Cuba as part of a paid visit to Cuba beginning Dec 30th. We had a total of 5 rooms booked and paid for by Insight Cuba for night of Dec 29th. Three rooms checked in and 2 rooms were to be late arrival (people coming in from Hong Kong arriving at 1:45 am. I went to the hotel desk early on 29th to make sure they knew it was very late arrival however when our friends arrived there were no rooms at all - none in the hotel despite the tour company Insight Cuba booking and paying for them You can imagine my friends dismay after traveling 35 hours from Beijing just to join the Cuba trip. And to boot we had to be downstairs about 4:30 am for pick up. No Pullman is lax and staff DOES NOT CARE - just "sorry" in a petulant manner. Highly embarrassing since I arranged trip of the Hong Kong people!

Nice hotel in a good location and only ten minutes to the airport. Many restaurantes and shopping nearby. The staf are very educaded. The room and bathroom are clean, internet is fast. I recomend this place!

« Class Reunion Weekend »

Stayed at this hotel for a class reunion. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and the housekeeper on the 9th floor was very nice. Only thing I didn't like that much was the bed. It was not very comfy. Will recommend to anyone.
