The overall amenities and the stay was nice, but the gentlemen that was assisting with the checkout process was not friendly, and did not give me the terminal for my credit card to run. This was highly frustrating because it resulted in my having to use a personal credit card instead of my company credit card.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They ensured we were able to park our van in one of the few extra height bays, which was great. The breakfast was good, with a large selection on offer. Our room was clean and comfortable and, despite the ongoing renovation work at the hotel, it was also quiet. We stayed in one of the rooms that hasn't been renovated yet, but from what we saw of the areas that have been done, it will be lovely when it's all finished

Came to aks for 2 rooms without prior reservation. Receptionist was very helpful also with parking and dinner reservation. Restaurant service good and helpful even with a slight language barrier, but good effort.
