Quick enough to take payment for shuttle and no response when asked for refund. Not happy

Stayed for a night. Person at the reception asked if I would like to book a airport shuttle to CDG. I paid €10 and later found out that the shuttle takes you only to a location between Terminal 2B and 2D. My flight was from terminal 2E and that would be 15-20 min walk from the drop off point. I was travelling with my disabled wife, 9 Year old son and 3 large suitcases. So I booked a UBER to T2E. When I requested a refund receptionist said they can process a refund and asked me to email to request a refund. I have emailed the property 3 times now and no response f on IBIS. Poor customer service. I will now be raising a official complaint to see if they would respond. I would strongly suggest Uber to anyone who wishes to get to CDG terminal as the trip cost you around €12 for 4 passengers and uber takes you straight to the terminal departures compared to €5/Person Coach transfer provided by ibis.

Location is a bit far from airport but it is available airport shatle bus and a friendly staff is available.

Good stay for short periods

The entrance is not as an hotel entrance, the taxi stops outside the gate, and going there with luggages are stressful. The welcome drink for silver members I needed to ask and was offered a bottle of water or Coca Cola. In the all app it says it would have free water in the room, but it didn’t. Communications via email are absent. I believe to have left behind my ring, sent an email and never got an answer.
