I have been using IBIS hotels for over 15 years and have found them delightful & reasonably priced. They seem to have lost their focus as they try to cut costs with loyalty programs & quality products in the rooms. This one is located in an excellent place and meets the basic standards for the chain. I would recommend it for the location & comparative pricing. However, the hotel seems to be focused upon themselves not their customers havu=ing said that i would still recommend IBIS to North American travelers

Absolutely incredible! I arrived to the hotel around 11:45 pm, and there was someone in the lobby to greet me despite the late hour. The room was simply breathtaking - modern, elegant, and fresh. It was spacious, had a large bed, and was equipped with a shower. There was ample bedding and more than adequate bathroom suppiles. After staying in a series of similarly priced hotels across Europe, I was overwhelemed at the quality given by Ibis.

The hotel was difficult to approach with the car.I had to drop the family off and I ended up going round in circles to park the car. I eventually parked in the railway station car park with a load of valuable items t bring in from the car which we ended up walking across the railway station carrying bags etc.When we got to the hotel, it was very difficult t try and find out where was the best place to park the car. I thought the receptionists were quite unhelpful.The hotel rooms were very clean and we had a good night sleep.Again upon leaving, we had to carry all out bags across the train station to the car.I would recommend the hotel but without driving to it.
