"Wonderful experience"

We spent our vacation in this hotel. 14 days and a wonderful experience.The staff is the best, the breakfast complete and fresh.The hotel is just few meters from the metro station and super easy access.Be back there for sure.

If you are looking for a reasonable hotel in La Defense and don't want/ need to pay through the nose then the Novotel provides everything most business travelers need, decent room, decent beds and bathroom, reasonable restaurant, within walking distance of all offices in the La Defense business district, all at, what is for the La Defense business area, a reasonable cost.There are a number of more expensive hotels - Hilton, as well as other Accor Group hotels in the area as well as cheaper alternatives like the IBIS (next door to the Novotel) which is a basic , clean (and cheaper) alternative and several "Apart-hotels" too.All in all the Novotel provided everything I needed during my stay.

Very good service, clean, good breakfast.The personel is very friendly and speak English.It is kind of dificult to get there by car and it is a little far from the center.Other then that, this is a very nice hotel.

Hotel (and breakfast) is free for children, so unbeatable price; Room for 4 it is not spacious, but that you can know in advance and the purpose is visiting Paris, so...Bathroom clean, hotel services ok and breakfast ok (for Paris).Flexible towards customers (deposit of your goods before and after checking in/out), Friendly, bilingual. Very nearby metro, quite a nice environment also;Disadvantage : in parking nearby you can only pay with mastercard/visa at the desk..which is closed in the weekend, so you need to have cash.Could be better : in the weekend and on special days : metro only available from 10h, but replacement bus. Pity though that all this you have to find out (bust station ,replacement), hotel could at least warn. but, both replacement bus and metro are very good to explore Paris.Tip : you can take ticket for 1-3 days, even when more costly then single tickets it saves you a lot of time and you get discount in some attractions.

Good location at the edge of the conf area, free wifi is a great bunus..........and a close walk across the river bridge and there is a great Irish Pub - Saint George......and more shops/restaurants around there too.

Located right next to the Esplanade Metro station, and at a walkable distance from La Defence Business district. Rooms are spacious and clean and the service is good. Buffet style breakfast, with a wide food and beverage selection.

- Find hotel : very good. It's so easy to find out the hotel itself. But be careful. If you find 'No Entry' sign on the road in front of the hotel, that's the point of drive in. Otherwise you should pass the hotel and drive backward. And 1 more thing, an old TomTom model may not find the address.- Check in : very good. The receptionist will help you how to find out the hotel and how to park your car after you find out the hotel and park your car.- Location : It's excellent. You can access the Metro 1 line very easily. Metro 1 line is the best line for Paris tour.- Cleanness : good. But you should consider how popular this hotel is for all visitors from world and they're making scratches on the bathtub floor.- Breakfast : good. It's not more than the expectation of hotels in Paris. If you compare it to German hotels, you'll definately be disappinted.Generally, it has all Novotel's general characters which is kid-friendly, clean, and kind. If you find good price (such as half price sale) for this hotel, I can say it's worthwhile.
"Good Hotel-A bit off from tourist spots"

The hotel was very good and reasonably priced, Using Metro line 1 you can access all the main tourist spots from the hotel, however nest trip I would prefer to stay within the city nearer to these tourist spots, Another challenge is that there are no eateries etc near to the hotel, so you might end up ordering room service. Pls ensure that you get off at the La Defense Esplanade Metro stop(Line 1), all other rail stops mentioned in directions in hotel site are quite a long way off.It is also a bit painful getting to airport using public transport from the hotel as you need to get to city center (approx half an hour) and then take another train

Hotel was very good. Most staff very nice. Breakfast was good. Room was good. Little away from the attractions. Would have liked it to be more central to attractions, The only reason i wouldn't stay there again would be because of location. Otherwise nice hotel.

My family- me may 2 children and their spouses and 5 grandchildren stayed at Novotel La Defense from May 5-7 and we all enjoyed our stay .Our rooms were facing the eiffel tower and also had the view of the sacre crou...Breakfast was very good..complete buffet..with everything you can ask for..except for hard boilled or fried eggs but it includes scrambleg eggs.I am particularly impressed by the reception desk...vdery helpful..I was allowed to retain one of the three rooms We booked up to 3 pm on our check our after explaining to the lady at the reception that our flight for Barcelona is at 6 :20 pm yet.But the best experience involved the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room..my grand son left his wallet containing no less than 500 euros and some 300 dollars ..when I went back to the room after our breakfast it was already cleaned and what a relief.. the wallet was on top of the bed which was already made up...everything intact.....thank you very much.If ever I return to Paris again...thjis is my 5th visit to this city but my first stay at Novotel La defense, I will surely stay here again.,......

the hotel was booked for the proximity to business in the area, all hotels seem quite expensive, including this one - but guess thats just Paris & business area for you..The hotel was what i expected for a novotel, clean efficient, good food and service..free wifi is a bonus....

The hotel is located closed to Metro station Defense Explende, about 3 mins walking. It's very convinent to get to central Paris or neayby shopping center, LES QUATRE TEMPS. The room rate is reasonal, and the reception provides a great service. But I was disppinted that housekeeping cleaned the room when my husband and I were not in the room even though "do not disturb" sign was hanging outside the door.
