We usually stay here on our journey to Southern France and have done so for many years. We just get the feeling that the hotel is not being looked after as it was a few years ago. The room we were in (No 18) smelled horrible when we arrived and was generally run down and unwelcoming. The hedge outside which was small and low down a few years ago was now overgrown and there is now no view at all from the room windows.

Dear DEREK H., Why not come as soon as you arrived to tell us the problems with the room? we would simply change room. A little lost behind a clinic, the hotel is a bit dated and hasn’t been updated or branded like many of the other Ibis hotels. Useful location as there are a number of restaurants across the (main) road although the town centre is a drive rather than a walk.
