Marcelo and Ronaldo were very helpful and courteous during our stay. We checked out on April 4th. Upon our exit, I spoke with William at the front desk, asking that we would need to book two additional stays: April 10th and 11th (2 nights) and April 14th and 15th (2 nights). I checked the hotel availability on all.com, and rooms were available at a slightly different rate from the original booking. He said he would speak to his manager and offer the same rate paid for the original 4-night stay. Despite many follow-ups via WhatsApp, no one gave us the courtesy of following up. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

An overall, not impressed with your establishment, your staff was great, all of them were professional, helpful and polite, your room was not the best, the wifi didn’t work AT ALL in my room, I couldn’t send msgs, read emails, nothing, anytime I had to use or makes calls or send anything I had to go down to the lobby, and that was very inconvenient. The room was clean and well kept, the shower door was a joke, your location is very good and your breakfast was very good as well, I have stayed at this hotel in the past, I am not sure I will stay here again.

The location is great , bed is comfortable and breakfast is good.. We had to wait more than an hour before we could checkin to our room and it was noisey in the morning as there was ongoing building construction next to hotel
