Friendly and helpful at reception, rooms predictably clean and tidy. Bed usual comfortable Accor group firm foam matttress ( do they use memory foam?). Sadly, like so many hotels these days, it was not possible to reduce the room temperature to a comfortable level. It seems all hotels adhere to a 25 Deg C standard, hence a downgrade of sleep quality ( too warm).Breakfast spread was large and generous, great range to choose from. Becuase we arrived during a holiday period ( Jan 1) the restaurant was not open for evening sevice :-( Still, it was a good excuse for the short walk into the town centre, plenty to choose from there!

we experienced loud noise from 10pm to 3am in the hotel and called the front desk asking for helps. The staffs told us that they call the police. But, nothing happened. Both my colleague and I had poor sleep at that night. Bring earplug with you if you need to stay in this hotel.

very impressive Hotel very clean good size room. I arrived on a Sunday, i know Sunday everything shuts down including the restaurant at the Mecure. As there was nothing open i walked for miles to find an establishment, i could get somthing for dinner. Not knowing the streets of Grenoble as it was my first time visiting, i didnt feel very comfortable walking the streets. In winter it gets dark rather early as well, finally i found a patisserie shop i was able to purchase a scratch meal and walk back towards the hotel.i know that sunday is an official day of closure for France, however bein in the hospitality and tourism industry this certainly needs to be reviewed and is not a good image for international guests. Even if there was a microwave meal in the mini bar, this would be suitable substitute rather than walk dark unknown streets for somthing to eat. other than that the hotel was very clean the staff very friendly including the housekeeping and Front desk.
