"Excellent"

Stay 1 night for a night break from our trip to the south of France.Very good location just off the motorway, good value (2 twin rooms for £88/night), quiet, very friendly staff.Will definitely stay again.

We use the Ibis chain a lot for overnght stops on our way to/from France - usually with the dog. This one is probably our favourite. Clean, friendly and very welcoming, close to the Autoroute without suffering from traffic noise. Restaurant tries hard, with a decent choice in the buffet in the evening and at breakfast.

Conveniently placed for travellers heading south, this hotel is clean with a good restaurant. Just what you need after a long drive, and good value for money too. Fast checkout in the morning to resume the journey.

a bit expensive because of the demand on rooms, but is is a great stop off when we are travelling down to the south of France. Difficult to find a bargain because it is so popular.Good little restaurant when you arrive later in the evening.Coffee is very good in the morning for breakfast

Comfortable and restful night but dinner menu in restaurant needs to be more extensive. Very few snacks available and not everyone wants substantial meal. Very good buffet breakfast. Hotel location ideal for A10 travellers.

We have been using this hotel as a one night stopover driving to spain for the last 5 yrs.Although only 5 mins from the motorway this hotel is secluded surrounded by trees and pasture, quiet and restful.With 500miles down and 500 to go we know we will get good service and good food whatever time we arrive and will leave the next morning as early as we like well rested and fed.

Excellent to get a meal at 2200hrs on a Sunday night and be served by friendly,cheerful staff. The food was satisfactory and the breakfast was a very pleasant meal in comfortable surroundings. Very good value for money.

We have stayed at the Saran before and enjoyed it but this time we were upstairs near the lift shaft and at various times through the night the lift made whirring noises which disturbed us. Meal was good value and room OK but corridors smelt of smoke perhaps an overhang from days when smoking in room was permitted.

This hotel is conveniently located for travel from/to the A10 Autoroute, and on 6 occasions over the last 10 years has always provided good food (including a very sound dinner-time starter/main course buffet). Saran is good for a pleasant evening stroll.

Very conveniently placed near autoroute. Quiet location, but Hotel needs renovation. Bathrom has high sided bath which is unsuitable for elderly or infirm customers. Small, uncomfortable, seating area. Lift needs urgent attention - judders when coming to a stop which is quite unsettling. Quality of meals has deteriorated from last year. Salad bar buffet had fewer selections and was not kept replenished during the meal.

Excellent and friendly service. Room perfect, clean, cool and comfortable. Location good for onward travel. Food good, though vegetarian options limited. Pverall, really friendly feel with happy, polite and efficient staff.

Nice Staff in very shabby surroundings.WIFI worked well.Good position just south of Paris for travellers.But a bit expensive compared to other IBIS Hotels and similar Hotels.Food was poor with little choice.

We've stayed at the Ibis Oleans Nord Saran many times and like the convenient location on the A10 autoroute. The restaurant on the premises is convenient with friendly service and an adequate "stopover" menu. Breakfast is a typical French continental and is ok, although the addition of a larger variety of meats would be welcome, together with eggs as an additional option.The bed, however, was too firm - a bit like sleeping on a plank - and my wife had a very bad night.

Excellent budget hotel offering excellent value and with quality restaurant and good service. Ibis Saran makes an Ideal stopover on way to South of France. Good service and basic but clean and comfortable rooms. English spoken for thise who don't speak French
