Excellenet hotel. I wish to make the following recommendations:1. When clients change their trip, state clairly the possible changes in their bill.2. Work on the price transparency by indicating in the room publications the cost/charges of important items like telephone communications.3. When you forget your properties in the room, management should make sure their kept at a lost and found; not to be considered as TOTAL loss!

The staff knew immediately about the reservation, provided all necessary gifts and internet connection documents and generally were both very friendly and efficient. The secured car park was an added bonus so we knew the car would be safe overnight.

We stayed just one night as a stopover on the way to the Alps. A basic hotel with basic facilities, but good, clean rooms, plenty of hot water and could not fault the breakfast, a good selection of fruit, cereals, yoghurts, bread. croissants etc would def recommend!
