Decent hotel, excellent , quiet location, staff friendly - not super efficient (my room was given to another guest who arrived with keys 30 minutes after I was assigned the room; then next morning I was told to change room); decor outdated

The layout of the room made it difficult to move around the room. But we did not spend much time there so it was not a big issue. We loved the furniture decorations with all of the bold velvet seating.

Beachdora Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Perfect location! Easily accessible to the old part of town and the cathedral, as well as the more 'city' part north (in direction of the train station). The room (suite) was perfect for a family - the separate toilet room is a huge plus. The front desk was courteous and efficient. The turndown service was delightful. Did not get the breakfast so cannot say but there are so many delicious patissierie/boulangeries very close by. Strasbourg was simply lovely - and for now, seems somewhat under the radar for international tourists. A really enjoyable stop on our France trip.
