"poor quality and image"

this hotel is pretty old and quality in both service and facility,never to come back to stay again such level og hotel, mercury is becoming very poor and negative imagethey seems do not interest and understand what are customer's voice.

As foreseen (late arrival guarantee given when booking) I arrived at night (1 am) in that hotel. Was given a non smoking room as requested; Went into the room to discover a thick brownish "paste" in the toilet, that wouldn't flush completely away.I asked then for another room. Was first given a smoker room with the comment that no other no smoker room was available. As that room was VERY smelly, I went back to the reception, and only then offered a non smoking room (of a higher category).conclusion: that hotel preferred to push me in a stinking smokey room instead of giving me the available higher grade non-smoker room, following a serious cleaning problem, and this at 1:30 am.New room was clean and comfortable however.
"As good as last time"

This was the third or fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, and probably the best. It is a relaxing place and everyone commented on how quiet the rooms and halls were, even though the house was full.The breakfast buffet was almost perfect. They didn't have smoked salmon this year.All and all, there were no complaints.
