Car damaged in car park- no one can be bothered looking at security cam footage

Yeah our car was damaged in the carpark. It was near a camera. Sadly, even as Accor members, no one could be bothered reviewing the camera footage to find the culprit, leaving us with a $1650 excess. I cannot recommend this hotel as it has been a terrible experience with terrible service.

The bed was amazing, the pillows were even better. The staff were very welcoming. The facilities were great. Super close proximity to everything I needed.

A few disappointing aspects of our stay included the fixed shower head, no fan in the bathroom so the bath mirror was always fogged up, given it was claimed to be luxury room the size of the wardrobe was rather small, and there were only two drawers for accessory clothing.
