Great place to stay , very clean and comfortable rooms , a little difficult to find as external road signage not very clear

The hotel is in general very good. But there were some serious problems:1. No warm water in the shower in the morning. It is very tough to shower in cold warter.2. When I wanted to get cash from my credit card I was refused. This is normally anyproblem at any other hotel or shop. That created problem with my taxi.

The Novotel Lyon Bron is a descent hotel. The rooms and beds are fine. The dinner(menu) is not special. They forgot to offer the reduced menu pricere. So check your food-bill carefully before paying and leaving. The free internet on the iMacs is great.
"Good Hotel - Rip Off Restaurant"

The hotel was adequate and provided what we expected for the price expected. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was appalling. The food was of average quality, but severely over-priced. For example, coffee at €6.70 per cup. Consequently we had a meal, but it was ruined by no desert or coffee because of the rip-off and/or sly pricing policy adopted. Why would anyone want to pay so much for dull desert and coffee?

For the first time since long, I must say this was on of our worst novotel experiences due to extremely poor quality of the Beds ... stayed in a 2 single beds and 1 double bed room ... and we couldn't catch our sleep ...Else the service was a per expectation

This Novotel was good as a stopover on the way to the south. Had a pool which was great for the children. The beds were good and it was nice to be able to spend time in the lobby and the bar. Very good all in all.

The room was fine but we just found it a bit overpriced considering the location (between the aiport and the highway) and the service (very poor). We are French but leaving in the UK and OMG the service in the restaurant was so inefficient, after 45mins, we had not been given the menu and of course had not been offer any drinks. We had been told that we could not sit at one of the tables in the sun because it was too far for her to go (less than 5m) and all that with only 5 tables to be served....However we complained for the n th time, the waitress offered us some drinks. The people at the desk were amicable but bot anymore than they had to be...it was a sunday night with a low number of guest in they should have been pleased to see us.....I rarely complain so much but service is too important and this hotel really has to improve on it!

Beds and especially pillows like concrete. Air conditiong was switched off and we were told was centrally operated and couldn't be switched on. All roasted all night!! The Novotels are not cheap anymore. This one was Euro 137 per night plus breakfast!! Dinner was mediocre and not cheap at Euro 100 for 4 people. Definitely not value for money anymore. Staff lovely though.
