"A long Route"

After an overnight drive from calais most places of rest would do but this hotel is the best, with double doors to the room, peace and quite is guaranteed,and after 3hrs of slumber it was time to go and sample the hotels amenities,although the pool was not in use in may the pool service was still available and it did not take long for the waiter to provide the best champagne cocktail my wife has tasted followed by another much to her delight.I would recomend this hotel to all,for an overnight stay or for a longer vacation as the erea of narbonne and surrounding area is superb for a longer stay which we intend doing very soon. Good is not good enough for the staff they are excellent and with the excellence promise given for your stay this hotel is the best.

We had a lovely trip including great dinner and breakfast. Also nearby is the Courtepaille which we went to one evening for dinner and which is a little cheaper. Breakfast is pricey if you are paying for it but we had a deal with breakfast for €1. Disappointingly our room was not made up and the beds were unmade when we returned from a day out - not a major issue but just a surprise and probably an oversight! Otherwise hotel was great!

The last 7 years we have been on vacation to Spain. We always use Novotel Narbonne Sud as one of our overnighthotels. We think this says it all. It's a very nice and affordable hotel with an excellent staff. They are capabel en very friendly. De rooms were always very clean and this year we had a renovated room. We don't noif all the rooms are renovated, but our room was beautifull. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who seeks a nice hotel with an even nice and friendly staff.

Ordinary hotel (with staff to match) in a nowhere location - nothing (to do / eat) within miles as it's in an Industrial Area. Food was standard Novotel menu - ordinary. Views were non-existant. Free Parking & WiFi were the only good points.
