We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your experience. We regret to learn that you encountered temperature problems but we adapt it according to the outside temperature and we are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. We also take into account your suggestions regarding the WIFI connection as well as the air conditioning and your comments. Regarding decor, really sorry but decorating preferences can vary from person to person. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again to our Hotel. Super 1 night stay. So easy to find off the airport bus.... 5 minutes walk..... We were able to check in at 11am early for our one night stay. Great, clean functional room. Didn't use any facilities but the location was just perfect. Helpful reception staff.

We had a family reunion for a birthday, with a standard bedroom booked for each couple and a 'Privilege Srudio Apartment' for ourselves, where we were able to receive the rest of the party for a glass of champagne before going out for dinner. We loved the 7th floor apartment, only drawback a tiny bathroom with a shower over a reduced size bath instead of a walk-in shower, cramped and rather uncomfortable for octogenarians to climb in and out of. But all accepted as everything else was perfect and the breakfasts were superb.
