Andes Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room I been given looks tired. The white furniture although clean but can see is been heavily uses. The automatic blind only works on 1 side and not the other. Understand the hotel maybe in high occupancy but not even an hour of leeway for late check out seems to be both unreasonable and lack of loyalty acknowledgement Would I pay the price to stay back ? No I will not. Only if is a point redemption like I did this time.

The people at the bar's so amazing! The hotel's nice and easily accessible. Keng is so friendly and helpful with everything. Alex is a great host at the bar. Drink tastes amazing! We love the hotel room and we loved that we were at the higher floor. We appreciated the view so much!
