There is an employee named MYA at Al-Zaytoun restaurant, where she caused an unjustified problem by saying that we must pay for the child’s breakfast.?!! Note that my family and I booked a sweet room for 5 people, and the front desk had 5 IDs for us. When I told her that this is not the first time I have lived in this resort with my family, and we eat breakfast every day when we have been staying at the resort for more than 20 years and no employee spoke to us in such an inappropriate manner throughout our stay at the resort. Her response was that it was by mistake and this time she would allow for my little girl to have breakfast, but next time we have to pay an amount?!! I felt embarrassed in front of the hotel guests because of this employee who did not know how to talk to the guests. This was our 3rd visit & this time we were very lucky to have a fabulous room overlooking the sea & it was just amazing. The lovely, helpful staff on reception arranged for our room to be ready for our early arrival. Wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The omelette station is superb. Beach bar & restaurant staff are all so friendly. Can’t wait for our next visit Thank you

I was looking for an outstanding Eid Vacation at Novotel, but unfortunately the stay was fine but now awesome as i was expecting.

Dear Mr. Yehia Al s., We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by not allowing the nannie to use the pool with the kids due to not having a proper swimming suit, we like to emphasize on the safety of the kids by not allowing any undesired objects to create water pollution & personal dress is not part of the pool standard.
