We had booked a Superior room for two persons, one night, but were initially sent to one made up for 4 persons - easily sorted but as it was late-evening, a hassle we could have done without. Once in a proper room, all was good. When I went to collect my comploimentary drink (Accor loyalty member) the bar was cleaning up for the night - it wasn't that late! Anyhow, I was served properly despite the barman havong to stop mopping the floor!

Well located for the return journey to the UK.

All very good save that the dinner menu was somewhat limited and the hot food at breakfast was not very hot. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed here several times & returned because we enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant. But on this occasion the reception staff were unfriendly and the service in the restaurant where we ate our evening meal was appalling as was the man serving at the bar. They were only interested in talking and laughing with each other, ignoring guests and despite only 8 customers making us wait for a long time. The food was disappointing as well. Booked an executive room which was poor as well.

The Novotel Reims Tinqieux is ideally situated if you want a "pit stop" on your way to further destinations. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed some drinks in the bar. Breakfast was a bit disappointing though. A breakfast in an bis Styles is included in the room price and was better, so we won't be having breakfast there again, but would definitely stay again
