Location Ok but the hotel is not a Novotel Standard but rather Ibis Budget.

We booked two rooms for three nights while visiting Venice. The carpet was dirty and torn at places, outdated bathrooms etc. It needs total renovation to be called Novotel.

Dinner was only buffet and no a-la-carte which was disappointing as we have to buy buffet for kid too. We requested if kid can share it from our 2 buffets as he was not hungry but it was not allowed. There is no special treatment being a member so going forward not sure if I use Accor group if there is no difference.

Dirty!!! Only the stuff and the breakfast worth it!
