We had a lovely stay at the Mercure, the location is great, we walked everywhere! The rooms themselves were small but had everything you needed for a weekend stay and very clean. We did have breakfast one morning which was nice and plenty of choice. All of the staff we spoke with were super friendly and always helpful. Would stay here again when returning to Porto!

Stayed recently for a weekend break in Porto, the hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location we walked everywhere from the hotel. The room was very clean and had everything you needed for a weekend. We had breakfast one morning during our stay and it was lovely and a good selection. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful.

What a great stay! The hotel is in a great location. The staff noticed it was my wifes birthday during our stay. A note wishing her a Happy Birthday and a small cake was brought to the room. I have stayed at many hotels and this has never happened. I am truly touched and amazed the staff goes to this level of service. 10 out 10!

Room was very nice. Only complaint is that it was hard for someone from the outside to call in, as the phone was not answered very often. The other issue is that the hot food at the breakfast was not always hot.
