We stayed for 2 nights during 28 to 30 April 2024. The hotel is located close to the Geneva lake and also not far from Geneva railway station. The staff was very polite and courteous. We loved the signature room.

Hotel Rotary Geneva is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and a lovely dining room. We enjoyed the breakfasts that were part of our package. Everyone smiled!

Ordered room service specifically mentioning gluten-free as I have celiac, meal got brought with non-gf bread, asked again if main course was gf which they assured, I could not identify what I was eating so called to reassure myself I was eating gluten-free and I received a disturbed reaction (almost arrogant) that he would come and show me it really was gluten-free. 10-15 mins later he came up, guess what, it was not gluten-free. Been sick all night, ruined my business trip and a week later I still experience pain. Stayed here before without issues. Didn't like my room this time either, very noisy.
