The room a/c unit is very noisy even when turned off and the adjacent building on the south side has 4 enormous vents whirring 24/7 which added to the noise. Hotel is popular with Chinese tourists who go to the duty free shop next door. A dull area to stay in. Nothing in the Breakfast offering hit the mark. Best pool but overheated. We booked in advance but could have got a much cheaper rate on the day which was disappointing.

Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel is always the first choice that I choose for my staycation trip. When I walked into the hotel, the smell in the lobby could erase my anxiety. It was clean and relaxed. Staff performed very well. They always smiled and greeted to you when you walked pass them. Breakfast was good with many kinds of food and drinks. I really enjoy and felt comfortable to spend my time at the Executive Lounge during an evening cocktail hour. Khun Aon and Khun Music had well attitude and service minded even there were a lots of customers. Gym was small but well equipped with needed machines to exercise such as barbells, smith machine, and etc. There were many good local restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel. So, you won't be worried about hungriness at night time.

Good hotel, your towels were little old need to to be changed, a little bit of fruit in the room will be appreciated, room was clean and house keepers were good, food good and basically a nice stay
