Good hotel, with comfortable rooms, a small but nice lobby and a mini play outdoor area for kids. Rooms are quite comfortable, but probably not as well furnished as a 'Novotel' - they are closer to an Ibis in terms of furnishing. Good quality of sleep. Parking has cameras and is reasonably priced. Staff was good too. One thing to note before coming here is that this hotel is not walking distance from any shop or restaurant. You have to walk a long time or take a taxi or a car to get anywhere. The hotel has an in-house restaurant that we didn't try. We did order pizza from the nearby NYC Pizza outlet that came in hot and was far more reasonable than the prices at the restaurant. Overall, would recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience.

For future visits, please consider our shuttle service, which can facilitate access to nearby amenities, or perhaps give our in-house restaurant a chance to impress you with its diverse and balanced menu. - Good Food and rest all not good - Not Intercom not functioned - No basic facilities in Bath room (Dental kit, Shower cap,etc..,) - at 15:30 no food services - For room service to deliver water bottle 6 Euros quoted as service charge - Even though booked and paid for late check out 17:00 hours while called to convey for late check in at that time informed as a shocking news that no late checkout information. Proper communication is needed in well in advance . Being a reputed Hotel I faced first time this kind of difficulties.

At first glance the building might seem a bit outdated which made us fear the worst. Luckily our fears were quickly alleviated once we stepped inside. The room was as expected in this hotel category. The hotel restaurant was very accommodating as they allowed for one of our party to have an adult size children's dish due to an unforeseen medical problem. The staff was very friendly (front desk, bar and restaurant). Even though the hotel is located near the airport, we didn't hear the planes while in our room. We will definitely recommend and come back.

Friendly staff and the food was great but I can’t get over the dirty room. There were Pringles on the floor, dirty, dust and even a used glass under the bed! Such a shame because it was the last day of our holiday. I informed reception upon check out and they were very apologetic and said they’d inform the cleaning staff, hopefully it was a one off!

We booked the package "Park Sleep Fly" - which is a safe & efficient deal when travelling from airport Eindhoven to your (holiday/work-) destination. We arrived the evening before, could sleep long, had a nice breakfast, & where dropped off at the airport all fresh & shiny. A great way to start your holiday! Beside that, Novotel is always a good idea for your holiday too - we are frequently users of the group, you know what you book, the quality is guaranteed & we are always delighted by the service!
