Terrible experience with payment

Staff accidentally refunded us the whole cost of the stay instead of the discount they forgot to deduct. Refund took 7-10 days to reappear and se we agreed that we would wait for that to come back into our bank before paying; was a big bill and couldn’t afford to pay it twice. Two days after check out they took the money anyway leaving me in financial hardship. Couldn’t care less when I called. 😕

Well located, dangerous bathroom floor

We stayed in an accessible triple room. During and after a shower the bathroom floor was dangerously slippy and one of us slipped as soon as she stepped in the room. There is a small sign at the side of the sink that states that the bathroom may be slippery when wet, however this is not immediately noticeable and not much use in a wetroom. There wasn’t even a mat to reduce slippage.
