It's wonderful to know that you could benefit from our proximity to the airport and local amenities. However, we regret to learn that the ventilation in your initial room did not meet your expectations. Our hotel design includes an air cooling system, and we understand that individual preferences for ventilation can vary. We are also sorry to hear about the disturbance caused by noise from the restaurant. While we do not have control over external noise, we strive to provide the most serene environment possible for our guests. While we do not have in-room coffee and tea facilities as per ibis budget standards, we do provide kettles upon request at reception to accommodate our guests' needs. Additionally, hairdryers are available upon request, ensuring you have all the comforts required during your stay. We understand your comments on the heating and want to clarify that while individual room temperature control is not available, we aim to maintain a comfortable ambient temperature throughout the hotel.
