Staff was lovely and helpful. Cleanliness was great, kind-hearted room attendants who paid attention to every detail. We missed electric kettle. The outlet in the room said there is a kind of refreshment area in the hall with fresh and hot beverages provided free of charge for guests all day/night but when I asked during breakfast where I could get hot water for tea during the day, they told me I must visit the reception. So we did not find any refreshment area anywhere.
