Room was clean and comfortable, though I do not like those modular plastic bathrooms in many Ibis hotels. Maybe cheap and easy to clean, but does not enhance the guest experience. My main complaint is that there was no kettle in the room to make tea. I was very displeased to be charged four Swiss Francs ($A9.00) for a small cardboard cup three quarters filled with hot water with a teabag and one sugar sachet. I will be returning to Geneva in two weeks time on my homeward journey back to Australia. I had planned to return to the Ibis for the two nights I will be in Geneva, however I have now changed to another hotel which does have tea and coffee in the rooms, and more options for meals other than breakfast.

Pleasant stay like my previous visits. Prices have increased and I discovered that booking through airline companies with flight tickets is more attractive than booking directly by phone with the hotel. I was disappointed.
