Needed an overnight stop near airport. Much better value than in Basel. Nice welcome, offered status benefits. Room was nice and cool, and quiet. Only issue was smelling of cigarette smoke from somewhere. Breakfast was a little poor. Coffee was awful. Also dogs in the breakfast area not good.

Great location if you wish to walk to three different countries for site seeing and eating

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Only downside was tv channel choice is very limited and only French language channels available. However personally I was not there to watch tv. Breakfast buffet was good too. Good value considering the prices if you visit Switzerland

The a/c did not work, not even the fan. When I asked, they simply said it was not working on the entire building. The room didn’t have noise cancellation and we could hear everything happening on the street and on the rooms next to us, so we couldn’t rest. I would not go back to this hotel on my next visit to the city.

We were only there a brief couple of hours for sleep but the driver picked us up, was timely and nice. We were greeted by the nicest man upon arrival, he even called the cab in the morning! Same driver! Everything was so clean!!
