Modern and trendy hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and nice view. Good breakfast buffet. Love the food and fair in prices. Great facilities like meeting rooms and hall. The banquet team are very responsive and helpful. The WIFI strength is satisfactory! Very convenient for small scale events. Good for family trip too as they have big spacious swimming pool for children. The hotel is very well maintained & clean. Overall, worth the money. Thumbs up on the cleanliness and maintenance on the hotel building.

Great Ibis in Town. Greeted by friendly receptionist and bellman. Smooth check in upon arrival. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable especially on the beds and pillows. Peaceful night. Breakfast selections are good at the buffet. Prices are fair for adult and children. Dining areas are very clean and hygienic. The restaurant team are very prompt in cleaning and clearing the tables. Amazed with the bar, good food and beer with live soccer match. Enjoyable! Our children love the swimming pool very much. Crystal clear water with responsible life guard taking care of the children. Good hotel cleanliness & maintenance! Great gym & big swimming pool. Will come back again.

Very new and modern hotel situated just in the center of Melaka. Rooms sizes are just nice for our staycation. Clean and comfortable rooms with great views. We are amazed with the prompt service of the friendly room attendant on our make up room requests. Great eco friendly amenities upon request. Great room maintenance especially on the bathroom, shower room and furniture. The air conditioning is very well maintained with good temperature. Restaurant & bar staff are very professional and fast in delivering our requests - excellent service. The breakfast buffet varieties are decent and good selections in having nyonya - local cuisines as dessert. Great facilities on their event room, hall, swimming pool and gym with great cleanliness and maintenance. Feel good having seminar here while my spouse and children can enjoy the weekends. Five Stars!

Hotel is clean and new with modern vibes. Great hospitality from the staff. Rooms are neat and clean with good eco friendly amenities. Breakfast buffet varieties are superb and friendly service team. Ala carte menus are fair with the prices with good authentic food like mee mamak. Love the hot drinks like local tea and coffee. The restaurant dining areas are very clean and impressed with the sanitizing process after breakfast period. Great hotel maintenance team especially on the air flow ventilation and air conditioning
