Stayed one night on business. Service was excellent from the moment I stepped through the door - attentive but not intrusive staff looking to assist. Dined in the on-site Mortimer's restaurant for dinner and was surprised at the quality, presentation and service as hotel restaurants can be a bit hit-or-miss. This was a hit - the ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. In-house WIFI was easy to connect to and fast enough for my business needs. Didnt have time to check out the pool, ym etc, but will be back to do so.

We returned for another night's stay for leisure at Pullman Albert Park. Upon checking in with the Concierge it was seamless. The online check-in system worked well. I had to ask for our bottle of pre-purchased wine to be delivered to our room. However, considering that Pullman was hosting an event for over 1000 people it was to be expected on Saturday night just gone. My most favourite memory is the positive body language of all the staff. They're genuinely happy and focused on exceptional customer service. Well Done to the management and training teams.
