Good stay, but tea/coffee had not been refreshed from previous guest stay so didn't put card on outside of door for not doing room next day as wanted these refreshed.

We had a very nice stay at the Novotel. The room was very comfortable, quiet was conveniently located. The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful.

The facilities and service are great but they really need to invest in the gym.

Room was smart and modern as you would expect with Novotel and the price paid. The breakfast was very poor however. Some hot food was cold, and some lacked flavour. Tea was awful. Pretty easy fix as it’s just basic food that a half decent kitchen team should be able to deliver.
