It was a horrible experience. I couldn’t sleep because two reasons, first the AC wasn’t working, i called the reception and they sent the technician to another room, and no one followed up with me, and second the mattress wasn’t comfy at all, very all mattresses. It was a horrible night and i checked out the hotel next day rarely in the morning. I will never ever stay ay ibis Amman again.
