Been staying in this hotel for several times whenever I visited Surabaya and always satisfied with the level of service given to me. It is good to know the hotel is now under renovation and I expect to experience better facilities next time.

All the staff was very friendly and helping. For members they have a special welcome, nicely done - better than other Accor hotels i’ve stayed at. Some of the buildings and facilities could be made newer, but for the location, i couldnt complain.

All the staffs are good, but water only 2 bottles a day maximum, more water they charge Rp 15.000 a bottle.. promise to call us back in 2 days for upgrading room but never happen..

Clean hotel near the city centre, the swimingpool is clean and the ambience was good to make kids comfortanble when swimming. The food was delicious.
