The hotel is in a good location to the international airport, but the room was very stark and plain. No pictures on the walls, the TV on one wall was lopsided. It just had no nice feel about the room. Considering it is a 4 - 4.5 star hotel, it was far from it. Also the TV didn't work in my original room, so they moved me to a new room. The phone didn't work, I called reception three times and it was picked up and I could hear some noise of the reception area, but no one there. So i had to go down to reception to let them know my TV wasn't working. The breakfast was average. With little choices. The gym is hopeless. It really is a storage area, where there is some gym equipment. Free weights, little choice, the standing bicycles, one wasn't working when I was there. It really is a poor gym. I have stayed in 3 Novotel hotels in the last 6 months and this would have to be the worst of the three by a long way.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is always parking available. Situated between a Park and the Georges River (and The Rowers Club). Moderate Walking distance to Wolli Creek shopping, Restaurants and Railway Station through the park.

Enjoyable. Was near to the airport for our late arrival. Room is adequate, bathroom is small but does have a bath. Breakfast was great.
