They joined two single beds to be one. The bed blanket was for a single bed! It looked ridiculous. We were put in smoking room wven though we requested otherwise. The amenities were not refilled. One of the ropes was dirty with an orange food spot. The housekeeping cleaned my room even though i had that "I'm in" sign on the door. Breakfast is 80 AED however the food was not worth it. To take a black coffee outside ghey charge 20 AED? This is the first hotel that did this to me, even for a hotel guest! No nom-dairy options. You need to change the pillows they are not comfortable.

Everything is great except the pool. Housekeeping staff Nabigul was quite helpful whenever something was needed. The pool is small, there's no kids pool and the entire pool is of one height. Heard they're renovating it shortly. Also, it was closed for a day during our 5 day stay.

Food poisoning twice

I ordered room service twice, whenever i ate from service i had food poisoning that night. It did not happen to me when i ate outside. I believe there is a major sanitary issue at the kitchen, and also general freshness of ingredients that could also be observed at breakfast.

Had to stay in the hotel due to flood in Dubai, TV was not working properly and old model tv. TV volume adjustment was not working. No smart tv, no Netflix, Amazon and etc... no screen share from phone.
