Everyone of the staff were super friendly however I'd like to specially thank, M. AbdelAty in the reception. Fairouz in the restaurant and Chef M. Ashour. They were exceptionally supportive and helpful. They made extra effort to attend to every request we had. Hotel was spotless clean and a lot of varaities in each meal. Conveniently located in Nemaa beach close to market and amenities. Long sandy beach with corals and beautiful colourful fish everywhere. Nice entertainment shows for kids and adults every night.

I really like this hotel, I have been there several times and I will definitely go there again. Super good location, close to bars, cafes and discos for those who want action. At the same time, those who want peace can have a great rest in this hotel. The environment in the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms have been recently renovated, and the beach is the best in Naama Bay. The main restaurant has also been recently renovated, it has a lot of tables, so even when hotel is fully booked, there is no stress that there will be many people and it will be uncomfortable to eat. I would especially like to thank the chef Shaymaa from the a la carte restaurant, the dishes she prepared were of the highest level. Jack from the animation team is also very funny and friendly. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent and polite service. I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone. Vitalija

Amazing stay! We have stayed at the Novotel many times in over 10years we have always had amazing service from all the Staff especially Roma he has never failed to disappoint us. Not only us but many friends and family that we have recommended to stay here I’ve always been happy. The staff the beach the rooms everything was great and a short walk from the main strip 👍🏽

My favourite hotel in Sharm El Sheikh! Good choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner with very tasty desserts. Restaurant by the pool is very nice, quick service. All staff is very polite and well-trained. We had a nice room and loved it, especially pillows. Great location in Naama Bay. Enough place on the beach, at anytime of the day we could find available sunbed. Very professional Guest Relations and special thanks to Yaroslava, who always help out and have very high communication skills! Thank you Novotel and see you again!

Great location, surprisingly intact corals considering the central location. Very friendly staff. The family suites are large and comfortable. We enjoyed your time very much. Especially the kids because of the easy access to snorkelling.
