Wow what a place !...excellent resort with all imaginable facilities for a family...with first class restaurant's.....we experienced the Italian restaurant where Elkhan looked after us ....the Turquise restaurant where breakfast was 5 star and one day we asked if they could make Indian cuisine and chef Dipak and Kishan kindly obliged for dinner .....also would highly recommend the pan Asian , Steakhouse and the Greek restaurant....

I read many nice reviews about this hotel and decided to go here with my family. I checked in last night and so far have had some strange experiences. It started at check-in which was very slow, impersonal and annoying. We sat and waited for a long time when we really needed to eat supper before the one-year-old was supposed to go to sleep. When we were to be escorted to the room, the woman who was supposed to escort us managed to go to the very opposite side of the hotel and we were sent in and out of the lift with several detours. We understand that it is big here, but when her only task is to show us the room, this becomes too silly, especially after a long flight when we have a tired one-year-old. Today I have been served a raw burger twice, and even after pointing this out and asking for "well done" the burger was bloody. The bed is hard and the pillows terrible. In addition, they have a stupid and cynical booking system for the a la carte restaurants, which I was not aware of when I booked. You obviously have to reserve a table quickly as bookings open at 10am on the same day. Unaware of this, almost everything was fully booked as I tried to make a reservation at 11am today, and the earliest that was available in any of the four restaurants was 9.30pm. In addition, it was mentioned that you can only eat at each of the four a la carte restaurants once. In addition, cabanas and some sunbeds cost extra: 160-80 euros per day. I actually feel cheated. I think all this is too silly for a supposedly five-star hotel. Not very tempted to revisit in the future, but I hope it picks up.

This resort really lived up to our expectations. Everything was 10/10 and we would definitely recommend. We travelled with a young baby, and the hotel was very accommodating and made it really easy to have a baby with us. Children were allowed everywhere so wasn't a problem when we were in the restaurants with him sleeping in his pram which was great. The rooms: We stayed in a garden veiw room (could still see the sea) and the room was great. Think we got lucky with the room location as we were on the side with the main restaurant, and closest to the pool but it was still very quiet so no issues with noise at all. The room was a good size, always cleaned, and they set up a cot for us when we arrived. The minibar (included) was always restocked each morning so we always had everything we needed. Hotel and grounds: the grounds were really nice. Plenty of spaces to walk around, pools were a good size with loads of sunbeds. The beachfront was also nice, again with plenty of spaces. The staff were always very attentive, and most areas were sunbed service so drinks and snacks could be brought to you! Everything you could think to ask, was never a problem for the staff. They really were exceptional thoughout our stay. Food and drink: easily the best I have encountered at an all inclusive. The buffet was always fresh and had plenty of selections. The restaurants were really standout! We could go once to each restaurant (stayed for a week so this was fine) and each of them surpassed the other. They felt like high end restaurants and everything was brilliant. I would go back just to eat at these restaurants again. The only downside with the restaurants was the app booking system as it went live at 10am and most places were fully booked by 10.05 so we had to set an alarm so we didnt miss it. Still managed to eat everywhere with no problems though. The drinks were also very good. A huge range to choose from including cocktails, wines, beers etc. Literally everything you could imagine! We went first week of May so the hotel didn't feel too busy which we preferred. Overall, i couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will be back!

Amazing stay but food options for vegans/vegetarians are limited!

The hotel is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the food options are limited for bone meat eaters/vegans. More variety would be great and would definitely improve the experience for those who don’t/can’t eat meat or dairy. Apart from that the whole experience was really good!
