酒店环境优美，就在太湖边上，早上起来散步空气实在是太好了，早餐也不错，品种丰富，有泡温泉晚上夜景也很美，最主要带孩子来玩实在太棒了，有大片的儿童游乐区域及一个可以给小朋友自己采摘蔬菜小番茄的基地，小朋友玩的不亦乐乎，都不愿意回家了，适合亲子及家庭集体出游。

酒店环境很舒适 ，客房挺干净，早餐也比较丰盛，每次遇到服务员都很热情，入住退房都很便捷，是亲子度假的最佳选择，给酒店点赞！

Great location by Taihu, but you need a top floor room on the right side of the building to get a lake view. Restaurant serves only Chinese food, including local dishes, and is very good value with the A+ membership. Breakfast offers a good choice of both Western and Chinese options. A small but pleasant hot spring is free of charge for guests, whilst other activities include a good kids playground and a small organic farm. This is not a standard Novotel, but recommended for a relaxing night away. Good destination for team-building.

My experience at Suzhou Tai Lake Novotel was terrible. 1. First of all, there are no proper showering facilities in the spring areas, and the changing rooms smell those stuffy toxic smells. 2. I wait for 35 minutes in the canteen for two bowls of noodles, while the waiters and waitresses never filled our glass bottles with water. 3. On the night 8/6 when I returned to the hotel after a whole day's trip, I found that the pink container for my contact lenses was gone! I called the customer at 7:30 pm, and it took them one hour to return my call to say that the cleaning lady never touched my thing! And I called back at around 9 pm, feeling furious. And then at 9:40pm, a junior manager showed up, and explained that sometimes their cleaning lady did dispose of others' contact lens containers! I was shocked, and they never said sorry to me and was very arrogant. 4. After checking out at 12 pm today, they told me that they would not return my deposit of 500 yuan! Their excuse is that my period blood stain ruined their sheet, and their bedsheets worth 500 yuan! I called the Chinese policemen, and the negotiation with the manager, Alex Qi, went terrible. He denied that his staff took away my contact lens container, and asserting that he kept 500 yuan deposit for the cleaning of his sheets! Suzhou Tai Lake Novotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to! Terrible experience, almost ruined my vacation!
