Checked in and upgraded to the garden view suite king from our initial booking. The room was very big and beautiful, all the staffs are also very kind and helpful. There is a kids club and playground for children to play at. There also a free kids activity when we stayed there.

We stayed at Raffles to celebrate my mother's birthday, and we received a warm welcome from two people the moment we entered. They also wished my mother a happy birthday, which I have never received at any other hotel. Their lounge, food, and desserts were exceptional, especially their scallop and steak. We received two delicious cakes and birthday decorations. The entire stay was fantastic, and my family thoroughly enjoyed their time there.

Best hotel in Kuningan. First time choose arts cafe for celebrating my birthday. Didn't expected got surprise from Pak john,Bu ayu, Pak Rizki n team. I'm also got greeting cards with my photo's. Thank you Arts Cafe. The buffet was nice. You should try all the show kitchen menu. Best of the best!! All drinks except alcoholic is included in the buffet package.

Art tour is a must try.. knowing the whole story of the hotel along with connections between arts and the owner gave us another level experiences beside just a mere staycation. Another wonderful thing is their hospitality. It sure is a top notch service excellence! It was so nice that we happy to call all the employee by their name... just for the records.. there are no name tags in their uniform. I think those review will gave you the whole picture of the service they provided. Overall, this is one of the best time and money spent in this year. Thank you raffles jakarta!
