We have travelled the world and stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand and this hotel beats every single one of them hands down. Service was beyond exemplary; nothing was too much trouble and the ambience was welcoming and wonderful. They even packed me two boxes of fruit and vegetables for our 5 hour drive back to Hanoi, as I have coeliac disease and it's hard to find something to eat on the way to Hanoi. That’s true service above and beyond. Housekeeping was quick if we needed anything, coming straight up. The rooms were spacious, the pool amazing, the spa was great - we went back twice and such a lovely outlook even with the clouds - because when they part - oh my what a view. Every single staff member greeted us when they crossed our path with a friendly "Xin chào" and the standard of English amongst staff was excellent (I think they have an in house English class) Highly recommended and we are already planning a return trip. Special mention to Mo in the Spa and Yuna in guest services and the GM Peter

This hotel is full of surprises. The rooms are as beautiful as the lobby. The swimming pool is big and with the most unusual decor, a memorable experience. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are very responsive. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. In sum, we loved every minute of our stay.

The room was stunning. The hotel is decorated so beautiful. The staff were fantastic and helpful . The location is right in the centre of Sapa town. They have two types of rooms the ones facing inside you don’t get any street noise, the ones with the view you get slightly noises from the street. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were great. One with a view, and the other one without.

French style in rural surrounds. Do not miss.

Absolutely brilliant. Best restaurant for service, food, ambiance, location. This hotel is a must see in Sapa. The architecture is pure French. We wished we’d booked our Accomm here instead even though we were in a lovely hotel nearby. The dinner was so good we booked again for the following night.

Very tidy and clean. Look expensive....best of the hotels in Sapa. And the hotel's food is also delicious......fresh food, vegetables and fruits. The very important thing is bed. It's not too soft and also not too hard....Made me pass out on the bed quickly.
