The moment we reach, we felt welcomed with extra care and curtesy. The team was very kind and helpful, they were professional. The rooms were clean and house keeping was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, bid variety and tasty. It was memorable stay 😍 keep it up

Was very nice staying, the staff very lovely,, bassant on onyx lounge very helpful.. thanks for all the hospitality and the amazing time at onyx lounge ,So I will recommend the hotel for all family and my friends .in general the experience was amazing

Lovely service from Sabah in the champagne bar with great and refreshing cocktails with an elegant environment, love fairmont you never go wrong with them, always on top and leading in the hotel industry. Definitely worth it to be back again and again.

Beautiful rooftop pool with a gorgeous view of the Nile. The entire staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we need. Nice breeze so it wasn’t too hot. The drinks were delicious and you can’t beat the view. A great start to our honeymoon
