The Swissotel is the quietest, most comfortable hotel in Chicago. You don’t have to worry about thin walls at the Swiss. It’s always super clean and super comfortable. I look forward to my stays at the Swiss because I sleep so well! Highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times, it’s the perfect location downtown! It’s near plenty of attractions (walking distance)- The Art Institute, Maggie Daley Park, Buckingham Fountain, and Navy Pier! The bed and pillows are super comfortable as well! Our room had a beautiful city view, highly recommend!

Great location and views. Stayed on the 19-floor looking out at Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. Beautiful lobby area. Enjoyed the beverage selection at the bar and was a nice place to meet with friends and business associates. Felt this hotel was a very good value for my short stay in Chicago.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location in Chicago. My room had a wonderful view of the Chicago river and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a very nice exercise room with a great view. Food at the restaurant was excellent, and the wait staff were very attentive and nice. Highly recommended for a business trip to downtown Chicago.
