Exceptional service, from the main gate to the beach. I enjoyed the lunch at splash bar Mahmoud Kanaan prepared special cocktail for us it was superb. They have great Spa top notch with great views of the Dead Sea, we tried the buffet really nicely set and tasty, the team is very attentive and service is excellent, very beautiful landscape and well maintained and clean resort with many swimming pools, great experience and definitely will be back

Incredible! From the moment you arrive it’s just awesome! Staff, each and every one of them can’t do enough to make your stay special! We got upgraded in an incredible room right on the Dead Sea. It’s an amazing resort, from breakfast, happy hour, chocolate hour, dinner, all exceptional! The mud bath on the beach is great fun too! Would return in a heart beat!

I want to thank every single person work in this hotel , the staff are amazing and very hospitality from the first moment to last one , reception staff was very welcoming and the club car drivers was so helpful ,room was clean with nice view and they have many pools and direct acces to the Dead Sea , highly recommend .will back soon .

Just an awesome place The structure of the hotel belt with mud and hay you feel back in history the treatment of the staff is unbelievable nice the breakfast is out of this world included last 30 years I've stayed in this hotel numerous times I tried other hotels and I come back to this one
