Dear Sir and Madam , Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA. We are deeply sorry to hear about the numerous issues you encountered during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. It is disappointing to hear that your check-in experience was slow and that you were not informed about the complimentary afternoon chocolate buffet. We also apologize for the condition of your room and the functionality issues you experienced, including the broken lamps, non-functional safe, and the bathroom sink problems. This does not meet our usual standards of service, and we understand your frustration. We regret that our attempts to address your concerns during your stay, such as offering to move you to a different room and providing complimentary dinner, did not fully resolve the issues you faced. Your feedback regarding the breakfast buffet and lack of table service for coffee has been noted, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for immediate action to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future.
