It was a very clean hotel. Due to coronavirus restrictions, the variety of the breakfast was not a lot but it was acceptable. The staff were very friendly and kind and the room was really clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is also very good.

I'm Accor member ship. I have been stay here 2 nights. SO upset here 1.my point is missing 2.room photo not the same as real room 3.my room doesn't has tub bath 4. Maid not clean my room. 5.I told the staff on 1 January it was my boyfriend birthday. No anything happened. This hotel is terrible.

It is very bad stay i will never forget the worse few nights i stayed there, it is terrible in all means starting from management to the lsmallest room attendees They rip people off as visitors should obtain positive confirmation from the hitel in order to allow to change the stay and will never refund . I never recommend this terrible hotel to anyone and should be removed from booking websites

We visited Ibis Style Atasehir due to a medical treatment for our grandmother for 2 weeks. First of all, the furniture in the Lobby and in the rooms are very clean! Many thanks to the three Sweet woman from housekeeping. They did a Really Good Job! Due to CoVid19 Situation there isn‘t any buffet for breakfast. But you get hygenically prepared plates for breakfast - Mr. Ali Usta was Really Kind and always helped us to have a very Good breakfast and fulfilled our wishes. Next the guys from the reception (Mr. Cemal and Mr. Savas) always had a smile on their Face and helped us in every Situation. Also Mr. Devran and Mr. Tugrul showed a respectful appearance. Also Mrs. Ayla was Really Kind. The location of the Hotel is just 15 Minutes from Kadiköy and 30 Minutes from Sabiha Gökcen Airport. To put it in a nutshell, we Really had a Pleasant Stay and would recommend it. thank you to all of the guys named above !

Very comfort rooms,clean with a lot of space.Nice staff in the reception but the manager and the guy in the reataurant were like someone stole their money.Not communicative,although it was self service,you couldnt sit and eat comfortly there.Not to mention the breakfast,it was like 1 Euro breakfast.And the location is far from everything.They look at you weirdly,I would advice them smile people it s a Sunnah.Not going there again.
