This is a great hotel, very well located, with nice rooms, nice views, and nice staff with great attention to detail. It's a great place for anyone heading to Vina del Mar. The only issue I experienced was that wifi was really not working in my room. I was told I could change rooms but that would have meant going to a less nice one which I didn't really want, and I wasn't sure if things would have worked better as I spoke to other customers who also had issue with the wifi. For many people this will be a very minor point, for me, as I was working, it was a significant issue. Having said that, it really was the only one and I felt that the hotel was great in any other respect and one where I'd happily return to.

Such a lovely 24hr stay at the Pullman. Staff were so kind and accommodating. We cannot thank them enough for their beautiful hospitality. Room was beautiful, breakfast was lovely. Roof top bar and pool was next level. Our reception staff Maria Delia, Camilla, Valentina and Alessandro, were so lovely and caring and accommodating for us Aussie Tourists. Thank you 🙏

Pullman hotel Vina Del Mar

Spent 8 nights here before moving on to Renaca for a conference. The hotel is well located to explore the city. Rooms are adequate. Get one with a sea view. Staff are helpful. On site restaurant is good. Breakfast buffet is included. Close to supermarket to get water and snacks. A number of great restaurants are less than a ten minute walk away as well. Right on the beach. Only other large hotel is the Sheraton but it's location is not as convenient.

Best hotel in Vina!

We loved this hotel. We got the suite which overlooked the beach. It was beautiful with a view of the beach from both the living area and bedroom. It had a fabulous shower and bath/hot tub. The location is fabulous right next to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. Best to walk on the streets away from the strip to find great restaurants. The restaurants on the strip are not that great. The rooftop is great to bring a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. The staff are very sweet and nice. We are a gay couple and were really welcomed by the staff. I had no issues with check-in or out. Please do not go to the Tex-Mex place on the strip - it is terrible (Margarita). Breakfast is okay. Eggs are watery and not great. Coffee can be improved. I miss Vina - such a great visit.

Ridoculous check in/out spoils a good hotel

The hotel is good value as such and location is excellent. But the front desk operations is from stone age. Check in or out takes a lot of time, causing queues. It feels like nobody from the hotel management have never benchmarked modern hotels, in Europe for instance. The reservation contains all the info needed to get the person in. The pre-payment and automatic invoice to email box should be available for just leaving the key when leaving the hotel. These are only examples. Many business frequent traveller 'musts' that other hotels have are missing.
