Do not visit this hotel, the staff are rude. The food is horrible! I paid for seven days in this hotel and the receptionist refused to let me in my room, they said due to the flooding they had to sell my room to somebody else. They refused a refund and made me and my 17-year-old autistic sister sleep in the lobby for hours, without any water and any food! Do not stay here the hotel may look nice, but it is all a scam.

The canvas hotel and food items 😍 my honest review i really like breakfast food items an i really appreciate all staff who working hard when i came 9:40 that's so full all area an so much rushtime but This little girl Nisha she giving me everything she treats me like vip Not only her every staff so much nice Anant migmar mona sonukumar sonurajak agastano saurop an this small girl Adina she also sweeet pancakemaker.an i see this small girl morning time an night time she working alone she bring food an she doing clearings all things i really appreciate this girl i hope she doing good her future overall i really like this hotel thankyou so much 💕

Im staying in room 416 as a full board we had really amazing stayed here for the 7 days. Breakfast buffet was so nice execellent service from sonu rajak mingma shokhista nisha mouna .thanks to house keeping lady padma for cleaning our room nicely.

Our rooms, amenities, and hotel area was very tidy and well kept. The rooms were spacious and staff were welcoming. I would visit again. We had breakfast at the hotel's breakfast bar where there were many options and varieties of food to cater to all.
