Dear Guest Thank you for your recent stay at our hotel. We appreciate that you chose us to be part of your travel experience. We have been informed about the issues regarding blood stains and similar cases, which require special washing procedures due to health and safety regulations. The responsibility for such damages is personal, as we cannot wash textile products with blood stains together with other hotel materials because it poses a risk of infection for other guests. This situation causes an extra cost for us as well, which is why we take this matter seriously in order to provide qualified service to all our valued guests like yourself. As part of the ACCOR Hotel chain, we strive hard every day towards providing quality services and ensuring high standards are met in matters such as cleaning services so that all our customers can enjoy their stay without any worries or concerns while they are here with us at the hotel premises .
